On July 18th, Exceedra will be hosting a Breakfast Briefing for Consumer Goods Professionals on: “Building a business case to increase Trade Promotion Management capability.”
During the session, we will be discussing:
• How to get peers and senior leaderships to invest in improving Revenue Management capability
• Common challenges faced when proposing change
• What resources and skills will be needed to deliver a successful business outcome
Along with the Exceedra team, Tom Driver, Head of Commercial Transformation at pladis UK, will be delivering a short presentation on their trade improvement journey and will be on hand to answer any questions.

Tom has 15 years’ experience in the consumer goods sector and is now Head of Commercial Transformation at pladis, where Tom is responsible for delivering a new system & associated processes into the business to enable promotional optimization and realize increased ROI. Tom leads all aspects of the project, from recruiting a full-time cross-functional team, through to supplier selection and contract negotiations. Prior to pladis, Tom was Account Director at Reckitt Benckiser, and has worked at other CG companies including Britvic, PepsiCo & Mars.
