Lead Engagement Consultant
What’s The Opportunity?
We’re looking for a Lead Engagement Consultant to play a leading role in our growth and global expansion. The role is accountable for the end to end responsibility of implementation of the Exceedra software solution and ensuring our Engagement consulting team are at the top of their game. Working alongside project managers and solution configurators, you will manage design workshops where you’ll guide clients through process and solution design, and will oversee the build whilst ensuring alignment to the client’s requirements. You’ll be involved in testing and final system acceptance, including business case validation.
Once you have proved your capability in deploying our software you will start to influence and implement the strategy and product. You’ll also be accountable for building, leading and developing a team of Engagement Consultants so we can continue to deliver in line with our growth.
Who Are We Looking For?
Our clients look to us to enhance their business processes and you’ll own their full experience. As such, we’re looking for candidates who have progressive experience within Finance, Revenue Management, Trade Promotions, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and / or Sales within Consumer Goods, but if you’re an experienced Management Consultant, with experience of our space, we’d be interested in hearing from you too.
You’ll have comprehensive experience of Trade Promotional Management (TPM), Trade Promotional Optimisation (TPO) or Integrated Business Planning concepts and will have managed, or have been heavily involved with, Package Software Implementations. Having technical knowledge is an absolute must as you’ll be actively involved in influencing our product through our steering committee and will work closely with our Product Team on deployment.
Building relationships in a consultative, credible manner and holding a room / liaising with C Suite Execs will be second nature to you. Among your many skills, attention to detail, exceptional organisation and a strong self-starting approach feature highly. You’ll be someone who leads from the front and gets great satisfaction from delivering successful, value add projects, on time for your clients / stakeholders.
