The purpose of this role is to support the lead of the products team in the capture, prioritisation and progress reporting of tasks being passed into the products team.

Key Accountabilities

  • Undertaking co-ordination of product development activities, tracking progress, escalating risks as required and resolving any issues / blockers.
  • Managing the list of tickets raised into the product team and working with other parts of the Exceedra business, within the US, UK and Asia Pacific regions, to agree the priority and sequence under which tickets will be addressed.
  • Distributing work activities across the team in a fair and equitable way.

  • Objectives for this role will be agreed with the Product lead, and will include a blend of task delivery, input into Exceedra processes and personal development.
  • Dealing with the conflicting priorities and expectations of the three Exceedra regional offices.

  • Able to present own opinion and back up their own prioritisation decisions.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in project management / coordination.
  • If PMO experience only, need to show management rather than administrative background

  • Able to work under pressure and to tight timescales

 

Desirable

  • Formal project management qualifications (excluding Prince2)
  • Use of JIRA for task tracking
  • Agile methodologies
