01 Apr WEBINAR REPLAY: Trade Promotion Management at the core of successful Integrated Business Planning
Following the success of our EMEA & N.America webinars, and the official opening of our APAC office. We have decided to run a Trade Promotion Management & Integrated Business Planning webinar.
Driving trade improvement into your sales organization is never easy, harder still is making lasting improvements that stand the test of time. Many CPG companies today struggle with some of the same trade planning process and system issues that result in too much manual effort, elongated planning cycles, limited visibility & analytics.
In the webinar we will discuss:
- How to build volume by base and incremental measures considering distribution.
- Driving trade insights and improvement with automates post-event analysis.
- Replacing offline spreadsheet planning.
- How to incorporate key planning information through integrated systems and data management to support better decision making.
