On Tuesday 25th June, Exceedra hosted the ‘Consumer Goods Trade Promotion Management Forum’ in San Francisco, CA. With over 40 consumer goods professionals and industry leading consultants in attendance, the event provided a great networking opportunity, as well as valuable content from our excellent line up of speakers. Thanks to all those who attended, the day was a huge success.
Following the recent merge between Exceedra and AFS Technologies, Exceedra were excited to host their first US event as a joint company to discuss the role that price and promotion play in driving and achieving profitable growth through a selection of interactive working sessions designed to help identify the drivers behind success.
Delegates listened to CPG companies: Method Products, Think Products, Traditional Medicinals, Jiminy’s and Acosta Sales & Marketing, along with presentations and learnings from leading consultants: Revenue Management Labs, Brand Secrets & Strategies, Clarkston Consulting and The Partnering Group. Presentations throughout the day focused on the main challenges’ consumer goods companies face when dealing with Trade Promotion Management.
The aim of the forum was to give delegates the chance to share common experiences and learnings on how Trade Promotion Management can benefit and give structure to a business.
The day concluded with a networking session providing the opportunity to review and further discuss the topics covered on the day.
The overall feedback was extremely positive with 100% of delegates saying they would recommend the event. Further comments included “great event and line up, nice to see similar companies with similar pain points and learn how to overcome them” and “all speakers were very engaging, great event!”
