21 Apr WEBINAR SLIDES: Preparing for Recovery: Implications & Actions for Revenue Management in UK Consumer Goods
Exceedra and Simon-Kucher & Partners are excited to be hosting a joint webinar on “Preparing for recovery: Implications and actions for Revenue Management in UK consumer goods” on Wednesday 22nd April.
The COVID-19 crisis has thrown existing Revenue Management norms and practices out of the window for most consumer goods companies.
We want to look ahead and explore which Revenue Management skills and capabilities will be most needed during the recovery and how prepared the UK Consumer Goods industry is for this.
We’ve surveyed the UK’s leading consumer goods companies to understand their perception of Revenue Management capabilities today, and their expectations for the next 6 months and beyond into recovery.
Join us to explore:
- How Consumer Goods firms are starting to prepare for a return to a “new normal demand”
- How to adapt data driven strategies to skewed demand and lack a baseline to plan against
- The implications for key Revenue Management pillars including Pack Price Architecture, Promotions and Trade Terms development
- The view from UK Consumer Goods firms on how ready they are for this change, where capability gaps exist and how to overcome them
- Our 60 day plan to be ready for recovery
